As a Sr. Event Technology Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of this mission, driving innovative and impactful strategies that align with this events-driven vision for the future.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The Event Support Specialist plays a key role in executing event registration support for large-scale corporate events. Responsibilities include responding to attendee inquiries via email and phone, processing registration requests, and managing hotel reservations. This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate event technology platforms. Daily tasks include:
- Managing attendee support emails
- Processing ticket cancellations, transfers, and registration requests
- Updating hotel reservations
- Providing clear, professional communication with attendees, clients, and vendors
YOU SHOULD HAVE
- Previous experience in events, group meetings, and/or hospitality
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to quickly learn and navigate event technology platforms
- Attention to detail and organization

- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

- Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist attendees with registration processes, including ticket purchasing, transfers, and hotel bookings
- Respond to attendee inquiries via email and phone with professionalism and clarity
- Maintain thorough knowledge of event registration processes
- Serve as a liaison between attendees and event management, specifically regarding platform issues
- Support event managers in training new team members
- Complete tasks as assigned by event project managers
- Ensure all proprietary information remains confidential
- Travel onsite to provide attendee support as needed (required Nov. 28–Dec. 5)
- Assist in tracking accessibility requests, meal preferences, and other attendee needs

- Event Technology – Proficiency in Microsoft Office, event registration platforms, and reporting tools is strongly preferred

HOW WE’LL TAKE CARE OF YOU
Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting compensation for this role is between $25.00/hour and $30.00/hour. Our ranges are based on third-party national average market compensation analysis. The actual salary is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. The salary range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Individuals will be required to sit for the majority of the day and may be required to stand as needed. May require ability to ambulate primarily on a level surface for periodic periods throughout the day.
